Flants Jug - Blue Gloss
This jug has been hand thrown on the wheel, then trimmed and a handle added before being painted with coloured slip. I have then carved through with a 'flants' (fifties plants) pattern before allowing to dry for a first firing. Once this firing is complete I glaze with a gloss glaze and then it goes into a secondary high firing to stoneware.
It is microwave and dishwasher safe
Measurements approx 14cm high, 10.5cm at the base, widest measurement at top opening 5.5cm
